The Psi-fig represents the human manifestation, the consciousness that experiences and explores as the human figure moves around in the environment. The Greek letter ψ [psy] that has been taken to represent Psychology weaves its way into the human form to result in our mascot. This conceptualization aims to blur the boundaries between people and place with an attempt to grasp the tangible and intangible contexts of a place. With this expression, the Psi-fig is a means of showing an intersection of the two realms of Architecture and Psychology.
